Outdoorsy Stays Terms of Service

The following sections also apply to Outdoorsy Stays:

“Outdoorsy Stays” refer to the combined rental of an Vehicle and a RV Site or specific location through Outdoorsy’s platform. When you book an Outdoorsy Stay, you are securing both the Vehicle and the designated site or location where the Vehicle will remain during your rental period. These Outdoorsy Stays include deliveries and setups of the Vehicle at the chosen location, or the Vehicle may already be stationary at the RV site or location when booked. In Outdoorsy Stays, the Vehicle must remain stationary, and moving the Vehicle may void protection package coverage or other terms of the rental.

By booking an Outdoorsy Stay through Outdoorsy.com, the following additional terms apply:

• The Vehicles rented for accommodation and use at a specific location or campsite pre-determined during the booking process.
• The guest agrees not to move the Vehicle from the assigned location 
• All terms, conditions, and responsibilities outlined in Outdoorsy's terms of service for renting vehicles also apply to Outdoorsy Stays, in addition to any location-specific requirements.
• By booking, guests agree to follow all rules regarding both the use of the Vehicle and any RV site or location regulations provided by the Vehicle Host or location operator.

Opt In Requirements

To opt into the Outdoorsy Stays program the Vehicle Host must agree to the above requirements via email. If the Vehicle Host does not abide by the details outlined below they may be removed from the Outdoorsy Stays Program: 

• Delivery must be enabled on your Outdoorsy Listings
• Instant Book must be enabled on Outdoorsy Listings 
• The Vehicle must be fully set up and connected at the park at the guest’s arrival to ensure they enjoy a hotel-like experience outdoors.
• The following items must be provided on all Outdoorsy Stays bookings: 
  • Linens
  • cooking utensils
  • Toiletries
  • towels 

• Vehicle Host agrees there will be a penalty for picking up the Vehicle after the park’s checkout time. Additionally, the Vehicle Host agrees that if they are late, the park may move the Vehicle to a different, safe location to allow a new customer to use the RV site.  

Cancellation

The Host Cancellation policy will default to moderate for Outdoorsy Stays for the park and the Vehicle Host regardless of Vehicle Host default cancellation policy for RV Only bookings.

If a Vehicle Host cancels an RV Stays booking, the RV Guest will receive a full refund. The park and the Vehicle Host will not receive a payment.

If a park cancels an RV Stays booking, the RV Guest will receive a full refund. The park and the Vehicle Host will not receive a payout. 

If RV Guest cancels, all parties will be compensated based on a moderate cancellation policy.
